Polymex P-879 Solvent-Based Epoxy Bitumen Primer

Polymex P-879 is a two-component, low-viscosity, solvent-based epoxy resin primer.

Application Areas:

Applied as a substrate primer prior to coatings on sheet metal drums and steel structures; exhibits exceptionally high substrate adhesion and provides an excellent bonding surface for subsequent topcoats.

Recommended for use in the priming of concrete surfaces, cementitious screeds, and epoxy mortars; on normal and highly absorbent substrates; as a primer prior to all epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings; as a bonding agent for epoxy-based leveling mortars and mortar coatings; and must be applied on tiled surfaces as well as sheet metal, concrete, wood, and ceramic tile substrates in high-risk areas.
