Conductive Primer is a two-component, solvent-free primer that creates a homogeneous electrically conductive layer on the substrate by roller application over copper tape strips laid on the floor prior to the application of electrically conductive and antistatic floor coatings. It is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy resin-based, black carbon-based primer containing 100% solid content.

It is used as the first-coat primer in a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy resin-based antistatic epoxy floor coating system. It is an antistatic floor coating.

Application Areas:

It is used as the load-bearing topcoat of the antistatic floor coating system in industrial floors, hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, production facilities and warehouses, as well as in areas containing sensitive electrical and electronic equipment and in explosion-risk environments. Solvent-Free Antistatic Epoxy Primer

It fills the pores of concrete surfaces and ensures excellent adhesion between the material and the substrate. Prior to the application of single- or two-component (depending on the area of use), polyol-based, matte or gloss, wear-resistant, seamless, monolithic (joint-free), polyurethane and epoxy-based coating materials, it is an industrial and decorative coating material suitable for sealing pores on all types of concrete, wood and metal surfaces, preventing rising moisture, improving the bond of the subsequent coating material to the surface, and eliminating dusting and powdering — particularly on lower-quality concrete surfaces — while remaining compatible with polyurethane and epoxy-based coating materials. Solvent-Free Antistatic Epoxy Primer offers high penetration capability into concrete. It is aging-resistant, has high compressive strength, and is flexible.
