Polymex P-3052 Expanding Polyurethane Casting Resin

Polymex P-3052 is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane resin-based, 100% void-filling expanding insulation and casting resin.

The flowable casting resin mixing ratio is specified in the technical data sheet. The Expanding Polyurethane Casting Resin is a one-to-one expanding casting resin.

Application Areas:

Used as a polyurethane casting resin for filling purposes in transformers, magnets, insulators, and abrasives. In the electrical cable industry: used for casting cable terminations and junction sleeves, and for insulating end connections. It is a casting resin used in submersible pumps, aquarium filters, and for protecting electrical components in motors against water ingress.

Prevents vibration in pumps. Used in the manufacture of fuses and molds, and also in LED bars and FR modulators. Used in electronic and electrical systems. Also used as an insulating material in underground and above-ground high-voltage electrical connection systems.
