Polymex-9002-CUSHION is a pigment-free sports court base layer material containing specially graded granulometric rubber and 100% high-performance latex binder. Acrylic Cushion (Flexible) Coating. Cushion is a water-based, acrylic binder material prepared with two types of rubber granules — fine layer (0.5mm–1.0mm) or coarse layer (1.0mm–2.0mm) — used to impart flexibility to the surface.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
Polymex-9002 Acrylic Cushion (Flexible) Coating is applied in 3 to 10 coats over the CUSHION Acrylic Resurfacer. This allows the specially graded granulometric rubber particles to form a compacted, homogeneous thickness of 1–4mm.
