Solvent-free Epoxy Resin-Based High-Viscosity, Two-Component epoxy abrasive adhesive. High-viscosity, two-component, CLK-51 Epoxy Abrasive Adhesive. The epoxy is a light, unmodified, liquid bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin epoxide resin. It is straw-colored and has high viscosity.
Epoxy is one of the most standard liquid resins available. It is cured with amine, anhydride, polyamide, or other specialty hardeners depending on the desired final properties. The products offer excellent chemical resistance, superior physical and electrical properties, maximum heat resistance, and outstanding adhesion. Epoxy can be cured at room temperature or elevated temperatures depending on the choice of hardener.
Application Areas:
Abrasive Adhesive is used for bonding abrasive papers to plastic in handled and non-handled MOP sanders. Not suitable for polyethylene and similar substrates. Can be applied to all types of surfaces including concrete, stone, wood, metal, and asbestos cement board.
Resistant to chemicals, impact, and abrasion. It is a liquid-impermeable, antibacterial adhesive. It forms a smooth surface on the substrate where applied, increasing and reinforcing surface strength.
