Polymex CLK-53 Polyurethane Resin-Based Abrasive Adhesive

CLK-53; is a filled, fast-curing, chemical-resistant, two-component, solvent-free polyurethane resin-based MOP abrasive adhesive formulated from a blend of natural and synthetic polyols. It is a Polyurethane Resin-Based Abrasive Adhesive.

Properties:

Resistant to water, moisture, impact, acids and bases, seawater, most chemicals, and corrosive materials. Forms an exceptionally strong film upon curing. A high-adhesion polyurethane material that bonds firmly to applied surfaces. Exceeds the elongation and elasticity coefficients of the substrate. Polyurethane Resin-Based Abrasive Adhesive.

Areas of Application:

Used as an abrasive adhesive for bonding abrasive paper to plastic backing in handled and unhandled MOP abrasive discs. Excludes polyethylene and similar substrates. Suitable for application on all surface types including concrete, stone, wood, metal, and fiber cement (Eternit). Resistant to chemicals, impact, and abrasion. A liquid-tight, antibacterial adhesive. Used in the manufacture of industrial filters in the automotive, heavy machinery, vacuum cleaner, compressor, sheet steel, and other sectors. Forms a smooth surface on the applied substrate, increasing and reinforcing surface strength.
