Solvent-free Epoxy and Acrylic Resin-Based Low-Viscosity, two-component epoxy mold casting resin adhesive. Low and high viscosity, two-component, CLK-55 Epoxy Mold Resin. The epoxy is a lightweight, unmodified, liquid bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin epoxide resin. It is straw-colored and low in viscosity.

Epoxy is one of the most standard liquid resins available. It is cured with amine, anhydride, polyamide, or other specialized hardeners depending on the desired final properties. Products offer excellent chemical resistance, superior physical and electrical properties, maximum heat resistance, and outstanding adhesion. Epoxy can be cured at room temperature or elevated temperatures depending on the choice of hardener. CLK-55 Epoxy Mold Casting Resin

Applications:

CLK-55 Epoxy Mold Casting Resin is used in the mold industry for bonding and mold release in handled and unhandled MOP sanding discs, as well as in plastic and abrasive mold separation processes. Excludes polyethylene and similar substrates. It is applied to and released from all types of surfaces including concrete, stone, wood, metal, and asbestos cement board. Resistant to chemicals, impact, and abrasion. Exhibits very high heat resistance. Also used as a liquid-tight, antibacterial adhesive. Creates a smooth surface on the applied substrate, increasing and reinforcing surface strength.
