Polymex P-3003 is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based electrical insulation and casting resin.
Areas of Application:
Polyurethane Electrical Insulation Casting Resin: Used in the electrical cable industry for insulation purposes in low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) cable joint insulation. Resistant to 300 kV AC (VDE 0303/4) and up to 1,000 volts. Used in the casting of joint sleeves for cable terminations and fuse manufacturing, as well as for the insulation of end connections. Suitable for use in submersible pumps and aquarium filters. Functions as a casting resin that protects electrical components in motors from water ingress. Prevents vibration in pumps.
