Solvent-free polyurethane filter adhesive is a filled, fast-curing, two-component polyurethane adhesive formulated from a blend of natural and pure polyols. It offers exceptionally high resistance to chemicals and heat, is antistatic, and is unaffected by atmospheric conditions. It contains absolutely no solvents. The resin component is a prepolymer containing hydroxyl groups, while the hardener is a prepolymer containing isocyanate. It has been specially developed for demanding filter assembly applications.
Applications:
Polymex P-3004 Polyurethane Filter Adhesive is used in the manufacture of all types of air, fuel, hydraulic oil, metal, steel, marble, and automotive heavy-duty machinery filters. It is also used in the industrial manufacturing of vacuum cleaners, compressors, and other sectors for bonding plastic components such as PVC and ABS.
