Polymex P-3011 is a plastisol PVC coating that provides a thicker layer compared to other plastic coatings. For certain parts, the elimination of a secondary process — such as metal primer application — prior to plastisol coating is a significant factor in reducing overall costs.

For parts subject to external environmental factors, abrasion, and heat, priming the substrate prior to the preheating process is a critical step in ensuring the durability, abrasion resistance, and mechanical strength of the Plastisol PVC coating. As a result, the coating delivers excellent sound insulation, vibration damping, thermal insulation, and electrical insulation properties.

It eliminates sharp edges on metal components.
