Polymex P-3012 Rubber Adhesive

two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based multipurpose rubber adhesive. Used as an adhesive in rubber floor coating systems.

Application Areas:

Rubber Adhesive: A high-strength polyurethane adhesive used for bonding rubber coatings, ceramics, and granites to floors; and for bonding rubber coatings to playground surfaces and other floors and walls. Suitable for bonding all types of rubber and parquet.

Polymex P-3012 delivers significantly superior results compared to other adhesive types when bonding wood to concrete. Due to its heat-resistant polyurethane composition, it can be used in underfloor heating systems. Its resistance to sunlight and water ensures bonding performance lasting up to 20 years. It is also used across various sectors as a multipurpose adhesive for bonding plastic components to particleboard in the production of worktops in the white goods industry.

Used for bonding plastic backing to abrasive sheets in both handheld and machine-mounted sanders. Excludes polyethylene and similar substrates. Applicable to all surface types including concrete, stone, wood, metal, and fiber cement. A chemical-resistant, impact-resistant, abrasion-resistant, liquid-impermeable, and antibacterial adhesive. Creates a smooth surface on the applied substrate, increasing and reinforcing surface strength.
