Polymex P-3019 Press-Type Rubber Binder

Polymex P-3019; Press-Type Rubber Binder is a high-strength rubber binder adhesive with excellent resistance to moisture, water, and chemicals. It provides resistance against abrasion, impact, acids, alkalis, seawater, and most chemicals and corrosive substances.

After curing, it forms a highly durable layer. It cures at low temperatures without significant volume change. Curing time can be reduced through the use of catalysts. It is a polyurethane binder material with high adhesion to applied surfaces, exceeding the elongation and elasticity coefficients of the substrate. It is water resistant, cures rapidly in hot and humid conditions, possesses a flexible structure, and delivers excellent performance under outdoor exposure conditions.

Polymex P-3019 Press-Type Rubber Binder can be used in rubber production, rubber coating manufacturing, poured rubber flooring systems, and for bonding concrete, metal, and PVC. It is used for bonding wooden materials, rubber gaskets, felts, and cork. It is used for floor installation of ceramic, granite, and marble. It is a high-strength polyurethane adhesive used for bonding rubber coatings to playground surfaces, other floors, and walls.

It is suitable for bonding all types of rubber and parquet flooring. Polymex P-3019 delivers significantly superior results in wood-to-concrete bonding compared to other adhesive types. Due to its resistance to sunlight and water, its bonding performance lasts up to 20 years. It is a chemical-, impact-, and abrasion-resistant, liquid-tight, antibacterial adhesive.
