Polymex P-4001 Polyurethane Non-Slip Floor Coating

Polymex P-4001 is a non-slip floor coating: a two-component, solvent-free, pigmented, transparent polyurethane-based non-slip floor coating with moisture-reducing properties. It is a polyurethane non-slip flooring material that, when mixed with silica sand or aggregate of various mesh sizes, delivers higher bond strength and greater resistance compared to standard floor systems.

Areas of Application:

Polymex P-4001 Non-Slip Floor Coating is used on all types of dry concrete to reduce moisture levels from 50–55% (as measured by GANN device) down to levels that will not compromise adhesion (30–35% as measured by GANN device).

It penetrates deeply into all types of concrete and cement-based porous substrates, sealing pores and reducing the effects of rising moisture from below in damp environments. Particularly excellent results are achieved on impact-damaged, pitted, or cracked surfaces that cannot be leveled with concrete screed, as well as on deteriorated surfaces requiring high mechanical resistance.
