Polymex-6012 is an aliphatic, fast-curing, 100% solids (solvent-free), two-component spray-applied pure polyurea system with a flexible structure, suitable for application on metal, concrete, wood, and other recommended surfaces. Polyurea Insulation and Floor Coating

Thanks to its rapid gel time, application is possible in ambient temperatures down to -30 ^oC. For a sound application, the surface moisture content must be below 5%. It is recommended that the moisture content of the surface to be coated remain below 5%. The Polyurea Coating is fast-curing with a tack-free time of less than 30 seconds, an elongation of 425%, a flexible structure, and a Shore D hardness of 50. With these properties, the polyurea adheres firmly to the surface, cuts off contact with the external environment, prevents water and air permeability, and provides resistance to abrasion, vibration, and impact.
