A seamless, two-component spray polyurethane foam thermal insulation system applied by spraying. Component B (polyol) and Component A (isocyanate) chemicals are applied using high-pressure equipment with an average heating temperature of 34 ºC. Upon spraying, the material reacts rapidly and expands, producing a seamless, joint-free thermal insulation system manufactured in place.

Once the polyurethane foam application is complete, it provides not only excellent thermal insulation but also acoustic insulation, making it the most advantageous insulation solution for buildings.

Application Areas

  • Concrete surfaces between roof layers,
  • Concrete surfaces of terraces and top-floor slabs, provided that protective measures are applied,
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation of intermediate floors,
  • Thermal insulation of trapezoidal roofs from both the underside and the top,
  • Inverted ceilings of OSB and similar timber roof structures,
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation of partition walls,
  • Infill applications in prefabricated structures,
  • Exterior façade walls of buildings,
  • Poultry houses and similar animal shelters,
  • Thermal insulation of pipes, silos, tanks, and similar structures,
  • Areas requiring low-decibel acoustic insulation.
