Epoxy Resin-Based Two-Component Solvent-Free PRC Epoxy Primer: A solvent-free epoxy floor coating primer containing 100% solids, based on epoxy resin — a transparent, two-component primer. POZ (TS EN 1504-2)

Floor Coating Primer containing 100% solids, transparent, two-component primer. It fills the pores of concrete surfaces and ensures excellent adhesion between the material and the substrate.

Designed for application prior to single- or two-component (depending on application area), polyol-based, solvent-free, matte or gloss, wear-resistant, seamless, monolithic (joint-free), polyurethane and epoxy-based coating materials — this industrial and decorative coating primer seals pores on all types of concrete, wood, and metal surfaces, prevents moisture ingress from below, improves adhesion of the topcoat to the substrate, and eliminates surface dusting and chalking, particularly on low-quality concrete surfaces. It is fully compatible with polyurethane and epoxy-based coating systems.

Exhibits high penetration depth into concrete. Age-resistant, with high compressive strength and flexibility.

Application Areas:

Generally used as a primer coat prior to waterproofing and floor coating applications. Suitable for use in polyurea waterproofing and polyurea floor coating systems. For polyurethane and epoxy floor coating systems. Used as a primer in polyurethane waterproofing applications.

Applied for waterproofing of all surface types against water and chemicals — including concrete, wood, fiber cement (eternit), stone, and all types of metal surfaces. Used in factory and workshop floor coating applications, on concrete surfaces requiring resistance to acids, alkalis, and other corrosive chemicals, serving as a reliable bonding primer and corrosion-protective basecoat prior to the application of topcoat materials.
